This was my reply to the senator and representative that I emailed to ask for cease fire. Their reply is no different from the propaganda “Israel has the right to defend itself”. To them the clock started on October 7 and they failed the humanity test.
We need those who believe in human basic values to mark those names and ensure they get no voices in next elections.

Debate: Anti-Zionism is Anti-Semitism

I personally did not know the size of antisemitism and where it comes from in todays world until I talked with a Jewish colleague. It is always good to talk with people that can give you another perspective.

What I also realized is the more crimes gets committed by Israel’s army the more all Jews are affected. It is pretty much following the same trend of Islamophobia which elevates with different events.

I have recently attended couple of meetings by the Democratic County committee to vote on cease fire resolution. I have listened to tens of Jewish ladies and gentlemen and majority identify themselves as “I am Jewish and antizionist and support the cease fire resolution”.

I was wondering how many Jews are antizionism.

I found this article from 2 years ago and it seems like 45% of Jews in the US perceive Israel as essential to them. The rest is between important but not essential or a don’t care. My humble guess is supporters percentage will go lower after recent events and as more massacres and genocide is being done.

The good news
I love seeing more people, especially in the US and the west educate themselves and stand for Justice instead of propaganda.
I love seeing historians from all sides telling the true story and for some of them becoming activists and adopt antizionism.

Above all, I have more hope in our youth and hope their values don’t get corrupted as they get older and in power.

I do, however, feel disgusted by the corruption within politics and how much penetration/influence Israel has on US politicians through lobbies like AIPAC.

What is the root of the war crimes and genocide being committed today? Is it ever ending? Colonialism has no limits and fits into the pockets of the rich.

The starting point

The conflict we are witnessing started by zionists. It has a religious part, but the major part is driven by imperialism and colonialism to satisfy the greed of few powerful networks.

Judaism (the religion) has been there for thousands of years with its teachings. However, in the 19th century, some folks decided to start a new ideology that transformed the focus on religion into the premise that Jews constitute a nation, and not a religion. From there it became a nationalist movement affirming Jewish people’s right to self-determination through “the establishment of a Jewish national state in its ancient homeland”

This invention was driven by their horrible circumstances in Europe (discrimination and poor treatment that made the integration of Jews into the society difficult). On the other hand, other Jews (in the west and Middle East) were highly integrated in their countries and believed that Zionism is an invention and some of them perceived it as a danger to Jews and will drive more antisemitism.
As some Jews expected, it triggered further antisemitism because people questioned the loyalty of zionists to their current countries. Some Evanglists and those who wanted to remove Jews from Europe plus tragic events like Holocaust supported the departure of Jews to Palestine to establish a Jewish country named Israel. A lot of documented history there for truth seekers.

Once all the killings and cleansing and occupation of Palestine was done, events moved to more wars and more violence. Check the history references below and you will realize that once Palestinians agreed to peace, Israel committed more violence. US and Europe politicians remained supportive of Israel. Why? (please check post #4)

Wars are beneficial to weapons traders, Israel and advocates are doing great job recruiting media and shutting up opposition, US is using Israel to police the Middle-east and commit some of the operations on their behalf, there is a big group of rich families and corporations that supports Zionism as means for colonialism. You don’t need to take my word for it, all what it takes is to go to seek academic references.

At the end of the day we are in a world where capitalism and power prevail regardless of human values. We can continue to use media and use phrases like “Israel has the right to defend itself” and let’s label Palestinians opposition as “terrorists”.

You really don’t have to be smart to come up with ideas if I give you the money/power.

I was researching the academic definition of some terminologies to understand how the media and lobbyists tweak them. Some of those terminologies include Genocide.
As the search goes, I found the United Nations definition (link below)

Let’s start with Genocide. From UN:

“In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
* Killing members of the group;
* Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
* Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
“
Now here is the tricky part, we need evidence of the intention: “intent to destroy …”

So, someone knocks your door and kill your whole family and you go to the judge and realize the killer got away saying “I did not have the intention to kill them, I knocked the door to kill another person bothering me”
How does this sound?!

Now, let’s talk actions. Let’s take one element at a time and see:

* Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

The fact that it is up to Israel to shutdown water and electricity from Gaza seems to match this pretty well. According to many academicians they have created the world largest open-air prison. How can you be proud of that and keep funding them?

* Killing members of the group;
* Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
Please tell yourself what is worse than intentionally damaging hospitals and infrastructure?! If you justify this please check your mental health and human values.
Even if criminals are hiding in hospitals, would any sane human accept a collective punishment of patients, kids, babies, women, elders? In what world are we living in to see our US government not using its power to prevent this terror?!
If you just flip the narrative and assume terrorists are hiding in an Israeli hospital, what would you accuse a military that goes and bomb the whole hospital? What values are we instilling in our young generation here?
To all officials who did not speak up, have one atom of humanity in your body!

I can’t wrap my mind about any justification of the US giving Israel from our own money to fund a Genocide and war crimes and we are here shutting up.

We need to educate ourselves. These things are very important for our generation and next ones exactly in same way and more important than our careers.
We are paying our tax money to commit crimes, how can we sleep well at night?!

A tiny bit of humanity and courage to speak up is all what we need!
